Seoul to hold security policy talks with Beijing, Moscow
SEOUL, Nov. 18 (Yonhap) -- A group of officials from the South Korean Defense Ministry will embark on a trip to Russia and China this week for talks on increasing military cooperation between the countries, the ministry said Tuesday.
The Seoul-Moscow talks will be held Thursday while the Seoul-Beijing meeting will
take place in the Chinese capital on Monday.
"We will exchange opinions with the countries on our defense policies and current
security conditions in the region and discuss military exchange and cooperation
projects for year 2009," the ministry said in a released statement.
