PARLIAMENT AMENDS SOME LAWS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its plenary meeting on Thursday, the parliamentary session held first discussion of a draft amendment to the law on air, and then adopted it. Moreover, the session passed a draft amendment to the law on judicial administration and other related draft amendments to laws after running their second discussions. Thus, parliament adopted draft amendments to the laws on legal status of judge, on legal status of Citizens’ Representative of Court, on archive, on implementing decisions on arresting suspects and on defendants, on notaries, on stamp duty and on legal status of lawyer.
