MONGOLIAN FAMOUS WRITER TO MEET HIS BRITAIN-BASED READERS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Visiting the UK, an award winning author B.Lhagvasuren is to meet with his fellow country people who reside there on Sunday. The writer intends to read from his last poetry book "Milk of Sorrow". This time, the organizers, who hold this series of events annually, have named the event "Fog of Flowers". B.Lhagvasuren is one of the distinctive representatives of the post-socialism epoch of liberal literature in Mongolia (after 1989), where "perestroika" and democratic processes of the late 1980s stimulated the Mongolian writers to seek new forms of expression breaking a pillory of "socialist realism".
