BILL ON BORDER CHECKPOINT ADOPTED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At a plenary meeting of the parliamentary session on Friday, a draft law on border checkpoint was adopted. The law will come into force on April 1 of 2014. The draft received 83.3% of votes after the final discussions of draft amendments to the laws on government of Mongolia, on land, on border, on legal status of foreign citizen and on combating human trafficking. In conjunction with this approval, the MPs carried out first discussions of other laws and backed them.
