"Soums centers reform program" will run

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ This huge program is to run in soums of 16 provinces. According to the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development, every province will set up a model soum, in which many factors are considered such as general development plan, further prospects, number of population, location and others. Apart from this, these soums must not be involved in any projects for the last five years. As officials say, the program will result in reduction of mass migration. These soums will also create comfortable living conditions for people, for example, buildings of social services--schools, hospitals and cultural centers--will be connected to all engineering and other infrastructure. A total of 19 soums out of 100 planned will be thoroughly reformed within two years, as expected.
