Norwegian Foreign Minister delivers speech during his meeting

Oslo, November 22 , SPA -- Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr
Store expressed appreciation for Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's initiative on dialogue among
religions, civilizations and cultures.

In a speech during his meeting here yesterday with Prince Saud
Al-Faisal, Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Norwegian Foreign
Minister highlighted the two countries' agreement of views on the
importance of solving problems, the economic unrest, climate change
and facing the challenges affecting the security of humanity
including violence, conflicts, poverty and terrorist acts.

The Norwegian Foreign Minister commended the kingdom's civilization
and cultural role and said, "We share ambitions to lessen tension in
the Middle East especially solving the Palestinian issue...The
partnership with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is very important for
solving this issue."
