Incomes of two-star hotels doubled

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Last year, 336 hotels operating in Mongolia generated incomes of 16 billion togrog, marking the largest growth in the last three years. Doubling their incomes, two-star hotels showed the greatest growth, while incomes of standard hotels increased by nearly 70% from those of 2012, reaching 3.1 billion togrog. Three or more star hotels received most guests, with an annual average of 7 thousand per hotel, whereas annual guest number average of two and less star hotels stood at 1,743 and 1,336, respectively. There are 22 two-star and 25 three or more star hotels in Mongolia.
