Saudi Oil Minister arrives in Amman for Arab Conference on

Amman, November 23, SPA -- Eng. Ali Ibrahim Al-Naimi, Saudi Minister
of Petroleum and Mineral Resources arrived here to take part in the
10th Arab Conference on Mineral Resources, starting its three-day
deliberations in the Jordanian capital later today.

The conference is organized by the Arab Industrial Development and
Mining Organization, an affiliate of the Arab League in association
with Jordanian National Resources Authority.


The conference is one of the largest international gatherings of
companies that specialize in mineral industries.

Moreover, this gathering is aimed at developing the mineral
industrial sector and attracting the interested companies to opt for
investments in the exploitation of the mineral resources as well as
in bringing about the integration of coordination between the Arab
countries.
