Zarif: Syrian Crisis Needs A Political Solution

Kuala Lumpur, March 8, IRNA – Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has said ending the three-year old crisis in Syria calls for devising a political solution. Addressing a gathering in Jakarta on Friday before ending his visit to Indonesia, Zarif stressed that no military intervention could help solve the Syrian crisis. Zarif underlined that nobody outside Syria could ever force the nation to choose who and how the county should be led.
