Putin signs order on recognition of military ranks, diplomas of Ukrainian military wishing to serve in RF

MOSCOW, March 20 (Itar-Tass) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an order on the recognition of military ranks and diplomas of the Ukrainian military servicemen who want to serve in the RF Armed Forces. RF Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu put forward this initiative to the president, noting that there are many such Ukrainian military.
