FM receives S.Korean Foreign Ministerial delegation

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Foreign Minister L.Bold Tuesday met with Mr Li Dung-gi, a chief of Cultural Exchanges Bureau of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea. Mr Bold thanked the delegation for visiting Mongolia to attend a consultative meeting of Foreign Ministries of the two countries, which has been held after the official visit of Mr Bold to South Korea, and expressed a confidence in fruitful results of the meeting aimed at enhanced cultural exchanges and mutual understanding of the two nations. The sides noted the need to pay attention to the relationship between the peoples of Mongolia and South Korea, which falls behind the development of the traditional friendly relationship of the countries. Referring to S.Korea-based Mongolians as cultural ambassadors, Mr Bold asked the delegation to support activities of voluntary associations and societies of Mongolians living in the country. In turn, Mr Li Dung-gi briefed on cultural actions and programs planned within missions to advance the mutual understanding and awareness of the two peoples, and to intensify the citizens and diplomatic relationships of the two countries.
