Foreign Minister meets Ambassador of Vietnam

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Bold Thursday received Mr Fan Dang Duong, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Mongolia, in conjunction with latter's presenting the diplomatic credentials. The Minister expressed a satisfaction with expanding of the Mongolia-Vietnam friendly relations and cooperation. He noted that Mongolia intends to become a member of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and a partner of the ASEAN Talks, and hoped the new Ambassador will collaborate with Mongolia in these matters. In turn, Mr Duong promised to make all his efforts to widen the bilateral relations within his office term.
