CLV approve draft memorandum
(KPL) The Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Joint Coordination Committee has approved a draft memorandum on trade and investment during its meeting in Vientiane on 25 November.
The draft was approved when the 3rd Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Joint Coordination Committee on the developmental triangle area under the chairmanship of the Lao Minister of Planning and Investment, Soulivong Daravong and his Cambodian and Vietnamese counterparts.
The trilateral parties had previously reached an agreement when the CLV technical team met in Hanoi on 9 November this year. The memorandum will be signed by the leaders of the three Indochina countries during the 5th CLV summit in Vientiane on 26 November.
