Iran holds international congress on immunology

Tehran, April 30, IRNA – The 12th International Congress on Immunology and Allergy of Iran kicked off on Tuesday in a ceremony attended by Masoumeh Ebteker, head of Iranˈs Department of Environment. Some 1,800 Iranian experts and 18 foreign experts are reportedly taking part in the four-day congress. It is also said that 1,600 articles have been sent to the secretariat of the congress. The congress will include 40 workshops on 30 different issues to help exchange of information between experts in the field of immunology. The Congress is sponsored by Iranian Society of Immunology and Allergy and some private companies.end
