Self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic elects its leader

LUGANSK, May 18 (Itar-Tass) - Valery Bolotov was on Sunday elected as head of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic, the press service of the combined army of the Ukrainian southeast said.
