SHOP AND SAVE AT MALAYSIAN SAVINGS SALE
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 29 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Savings Sale 2008 to be held from Nov 29 to Jan 4 will offer shopaholics 37 days of fabulous retail therapy, great dining experience and entertainment fun.
Tourism Minister Azalina Othman Said said the MSS would provide tourists
and locals alike an opportunity to shop and save as most items, from apparels,
accessories and home decor to holiday packages as well as leisure and dining
activities would be on offer at discounted prices throughout the sale
period.
"The sale reflects the aim of the Malaysian goverment in encouraging people
to shop during the sale period by taking advantage of the bargains, promotions
and discounts given.
"Tourists will also enjoy this sale period as our branded items are much
more cheaper than other neighbouring countries," she said at the launch of MSS
2008 at The Pavilion here Friday night.
