Putin highlights growing world conflict potential

MOSCOW, July 1 /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin highlighted on Tuesday the growing conflict potential in the world and the triumph of the principle of permissiveness. “The conflict potential in the world is growing. Old contradictions are intensifying seriously and new contradictions are provoked,” Putin said at a meeting with Russian diplomats. “Unfortunately, we frequently see that international law does not work, elementary decency norms are not observed and there is triumph of the principle of permissiveness’,” Putin said.
