King receives a report on pilgrims' health status 2 Mina
The report emphasized the absence of any epidemic or Quarantined case
among pilgrims to date.
As many as 14 hospitals with 4,167 beds facility are providing
health care services to pilgrims in Makkah and Madinah. At same time,
the number of health centers reached 136.
The report disclosed that the number of doctors, technicians and
Para-medical support services' personnel assigned by the Ministry of
Health during this year's Hajj amount to 17,427 employees.
The report said the number of out-patients getting medical care at
the health centers during this period amounted to 674, 695 patients,
and the total number of in-patients in hospitals reached 13,328.
The report noted that the number of births totaled 991 cases.
