121 food poisoning cases treated

Mina, Saudi Arabia, December 09, SPA -- Ministry of Health's
facilities in Makkah and the Holy Sites received today 121 food
poisoning cases which occurred at one of the pilgrims' camps in Mina
due to eating food that did not comply with health conditions.

The cases were taken to the ministry's hospitals and centers where
they received the necessary treatment. Ninety five cases were
discharged and 26 cases remained and will be discharged during the
coming hours, a press statement by the ministry said. All cases were
not critical and were treated according to standard medical
procedures, the ministry added.
