L.PUREVBAATAR BECOMES HEAD OF UB RAILWAY

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A regular meeting of the Ulaanbaatar Railway Mongolia-Russia joint venture ran December 11-12 to discuss this year action report and an appointment of a head of the venture. The gathered decided that Mr L.Purevbaatar will be the chief of the UB Railway joint venture. His predecessor was G.Sereenendorj who served as an acting head of the venture for two years. A composition of the venture’s general committee has been altered as well. Accordingly, the general committee has included V.N.Morozov, the chief of the general committee of the UB Railway and first deputy president of the Russian Railway JSC; A.S.Tsydenov, the Russian Deputy Minister of Transportation; V.V.Morozov, the general representative of the Russian Railway JSC to Mongolia; also Kh.Yerjan, the Mongolian Vice Minister of Road and Transportation; Ch.Surenkhorloo, a president of the Mongolian Union of Engineers; and others. Deputy heads of the joint venture have not been selected yet.
