BoM holds FX auction

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the Foreign Exchange Auction held Tuesday, the Bank of Mongolia (BoM) received bid offer of USD 56.25 million as closing rate of MNT 1930.09-1936.59 and CNY 134.0 million as closing rate of MNT 310.00-312.26 from local commercial banks. The BoM sold USD 26.6 million as closing rate of MNT 1935.00 and CNY 64.0 million as closing rate of MNT 311.66. The BoM has received USD Swap agreement ask offer of USD 15.0 million and MNT Swap agreement bid offer in equivalent to USD 0.5 million from local commercial banks and accepted the offer.
