"Hakuho" M.Davaajargal becomes cultural envoy

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The PM Ch.Saikhanbileg on Monday in Tokyo gave a certificate of Cultural Envoy of Mongolia and a diplomatic passport to the State Honored Sportsman and Yokozuna “Hakuho” M.Davaajargal. This took place in frames of the PM's working visit to Japan. Now Davaajargal will propagandize Mongolia abroad and boost the Mongolia-Japan cooperation in sport, culture, art, history, humanity and scientific spheres. "Yokozuna Davaajragal is one of the prominent champions of Mongolia in the sumo world able to propagandize Mongolia and to serve as a cultural envoy between the countries. For his brilliant success in sumo, the government of Mongolia grants him this title," the Premier said. "The bilateral relations and cooperation are developed not only by state leaders, but also by sports and culture celebrities,” he noted and wished him a success.
