Schools and kindergartens will be erected under concession contract

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Buildings of 72 kindergartens and primary schools will be constructed in Ulaanbaatar city in frames of the project on primary schools and kindergartens' complex. The cabinet meeting on Monday obliged D.Erdenebat, the Minister of Industry, to authorize the Investment Authority to establish a concession contract for the project and to manage the contract establishment action in accordance with laws. Other orders were given to district governors to tackle land issues for the construction site. The new buildings will be provided with furniture, facilities, tools, desks, toys. Moreover, wells and environmentally-friendly heating systems will be installed, and electricity and heating systems will be tackled as well. For the time being, the land matters have been resolved for ten places. By the document, the concession owner will perform the construction within two years after accepting the place for the construction.
