PSDC INTERNATIONAL EXPANDS TO BRUNEI

BANDAR SERI BENGAWAN, Dec 17 (Bernama) -- PSDC International, a subsidiary
of Malaysian government-owned Professional Services Development Corp Sdn Bhd,
has spread its wings to Brunei with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding
with Brunei's Prime Sources Development Corporation Global Sdn Bhd (PSDC Global)
Tuesday.

The MoU will see PSDC International engaged as the project management
consultant for development projects to be undertaken by PSDC Global.

It was signed between PSDC Global chairman Pengiran Anak Haji
Abdul 'Ali Yil-Kabier bin Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak
Haji Abdul Aziz and PSDC International president Ismail Awab.

Ismail said the MoU inked will also see synergy between the two in
identifying projects and at the same time, PSDC International will assist and
transfer experience and technical know-how to the local people.

PSDC International, which was established to facilitate Malaysian
professional service providers to venture into the international market, will
also meet yet another objective with its expansion into Brunei.

Ismail said in three to five years from now, Brunei will be part and parcel
of their poll of professionals all over the world.

"We need more (professionals) than Malaysia can provide, Brunei could be
one of the sources for these professional skills and as consultants, to extend
services to the world," he added.

PSDC Global chief executive Jamal Husain meanwhile said they are looking at
projects under the Brunei government's initiative for expansion and the revamp
of Bandar Seri Begawan including housing.

He said company was not only looking at government projects, but also
private sector initiatives.
