Vice DM meets Charge d'affaires of UK Embassy

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On Friday, the Vice Minister of Defense A.Battor met Mr Andrew Allen, the Charge d'affaires of the UK Embassy in Mongolia, and Ms Louise Edwards, the third secretary of the Embassy. He is glad to meet the British diplomats, he said and exchanged views with them on a present situation of the Mongolia-UK cooperation in the defense field and on developmental tendencies of the collaboration. Another agenda the sides touched upon was a matter on propagandizing the polo sport in the Mongolian Armed Forces (MAF) this May. As the said, a training a polo team must be formed which will help in developing this sport here. Then they reached some concrete agreements. The parties concurred to organize a visit of the Mongolian polo team to the UK this July.
