MONGOLIA AND CUBA CELEBRATE ANNIVERSARY OF DIPLOMATIC TIES

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian FM L.Purevsuren has given a speech at the ceremony for the 55th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Republic of Cuba. "Mongolians are always grateful to Cuba for being the first country in Latin America to establish diplomatic relations with us and for being a reliable partner and a bridge connecting Mongolia with the regional countries", he said and stressed that Mongolia has been attaching a great importance to the relations with Cuba. Our partnership had built historic friendly relations, and they have all possibility to expand, he said. Present at the ceremony were also officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, other associated persons, and the heads of diplomatic missions from over 50 countries to the Republic of Cuba.
