PM asks children to become good citizen

BANGKOK, Jan 9 (TNA) -- Prime Minister Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha on Saturday told children the most vital factor in developing the country is to become good citizen, respect the law, stay away from creating troublesome to others and not to create divisiveness in the society. In his address on the National Children’s Day 2016 at the Government House, Gen Prayuth also boosted the morale of disabled children by telling them not to be disheartened while they are living and to stay in the society with proudness. His address was made while children and youths visited the Government House where he works. He took photos with children with distinguished achievements, those from violence-plagued southern border provinces, underprivileged and those with disabilities. The children also had a chance to visit the cabinet meeting room. One of the highlights displayed within the compound of the Government House is dinosaurs exhibition. (TNA)
