Qatar Cinema Approves Distribution of QR1.5 Dividends Per Share

Doha, February 16 (QNA) - Qatar Cinema and Film Distribution announced today during their AGM and EGM Meetings that they will distribute 15% of the company's paid up capital as dividends. The figure amounts to QR1.5 per share. The meetings also discussed a number of issues on schedule. One of them was a proposal of the amendment of the Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association to comply with the Companies Law No. 11 for the year 2015 and Corporate Governance of the public companies listed No. 4 for the year 2014.
