Economy Ministry Recalls 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe

Doha, February 17 (QNA) - The Ministry of Economy and Commerce has announced the recall of 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe due to a laxity in the screws of pollution prevention and a possibility that the clips of seat belts installed in reverse. The ministry said the recall, in cooperation with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles (NBK Auto), comes within the framework of ongoing coordination and follow-up by the ministry to ascertain the extent of car dealerships' commitment to follow up vehicles' defects and repair them to protect consumers' rights. The ministry said it will coordinate with the dealer to follow up the maintenance and repair of the defect, and will communicate with customers to ensure the implementation of the procedures and the repair of defects. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce urged all consumers to report any irregularities by communicating the Consumer Protection and Combating Commercial Fraud Department. (QNA)
