Ministry of Economic and Commerce Recalls Nissan Sunny 2015-2016

Doha, February 24 (QNA) - The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in collaboration with Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Company the agent of Nissan cars, recalled Nissan Sunny 2015-2016 models due to a possible defect in front signal indicator lights. The ministry said in a press statement released today the recall comes within the framework of ongoing coordination and follow-up by the ministry to ascertain the extent of car dealerships' commitment to follow up vehicles' defects and repair them to protect consumers' rights. The ministry also stressed that it will coordinate with the dealership to follow up maintenance and repair operations and will communicate with customers to ensure implementation of the procedures to fix defects. The ministry urged consumers to report any abuses or irregularities by communicating with the Department of Consumer Protection and Commercial Fraud Combat which will receive complaints, suggestions and inquiries through its communication channels or through applications of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce on smart phones, which allow consumers to contact directly with the Department of Consumer Protection.
