Qatar Fuel to Disburse 8% Bonus Shares

Doha, March 07 (QNA) - Qatar Fuel Company (Woqod) will distribute 82% cash dividend and 8% bonus shares to its shareholders, a Qatar Stock Exchange bulletin said Monday. The company's approved these, among other decisions, at its general assembly meeting here Sunday. The company's board of directors had recommended the distribution of 82% cash dividend of the share's nominal value and eight bonus shares for every 100 shares held by its shareholders. The company adjourned its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting for lack of quorum. The next meeting will be held April 6, 2016 at 6pm at Woqod Tower auditorium. (QNA)
