Mazaya's 5% Bonus Shares to Raise Capital to QR 1.101 Billion

Doha, March 09 (QNA) - Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development Company' will distribute 5.25 million bonus shares (5%) to increase its capital to QR 1.102 Billion. The company's Extra-Ordinary General Assembly approved this decision here yesterday to boost its capital to QR 1.102 Billion distributed over 110,250,000 shares, according to a Qatar Stock Exchange bulletin Wednesday. The assembly also added a clause to its Article Of Association and Memorandum Of Association to allow non-Qatari Shareholders to invest no more than 49% of the companys capital. (QNA)
