Bahrain to host key conference on entrepreneurial leadership

Manama, March 19 (BNA): The 45th conference of the International Federation of Training Organisations will kick off on March 21 under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa. leading figures from renowned international companies will take part in the three-day event which will convene at the Bahrain Conference Centre-Crowne Plaza Hotel. Organisers of the conference said Bahrain's hosting of such international functions sends an image of the kingdom's sound economic and investment climate and helps maintain its standing in the global rating indices as a stable country with a robust economy. Participants in the conference will review their entrepreneurial leadership experience the importance of human competencies in fast-tracking success of their companies. The conference will shed light on key issues, including mainly the effect of good leadership on investments and surmounting challenges. The conference is organised by Bahrain Society for Training and Human Resources Development and Tamkeen as strategic partner. It will bring together an elite of keynote speakers from Bahrain and abroad, including Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani and Energy Minister Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza.
