HM the King congratulated by UAE ambassador

Manama, Sep. 29 (BNA): UAE Ambassador to Bahrain, Abdul Ridha Abdulla Al-Khoury, has extended sincere congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on receiving the "Lifetime Achievement" Award by US C3 Summit, and the "Samuel Zwemer" Award conferred on him by the Reformed Church in the United States. The global honouring is the fruitful outcome of HM the King's incessant efforts in various fields, as well as influential and prominent contributions, particularly regarding sustainable development, respect for religious pluralism in the Kingdom of Bahrain, interest in developing Bahrain's national competencies, and success in establishing exemplary strategic partnerships with other countries based on clear and solid bases, he said. The UAE ambassador asserted that HM the King's approach, aimed at upgrading the Bahraini citizens and providing the best social services for them, has made the Bahraini society, which is open to all cultures, a role model for respecting religious freedom and fostering the values of co-existence, tolerance and peace. The UAE envoy praised HM King Hamad's leadership, and his milestone achievements at the internal and external levels, lauding the royal keenness on strengthening religious diversity and promoting the values of tolerance.
