Azerbaijan`s FM meets Assistant Secretary-General of United Nations

Baku, September 30 AZERTAC Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov has met Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations and Assistant Administrator and Director of the Regional Bureau for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Ayse Cihan Sultanoğlu. The parties highlighted developing cooperation between Azerbaijan and UNDP. They stressed importance of the improving efforts for expanding ties. Ayse Cihan Sultanoğlu, in turn, said her Organization was interested in boosting cooperation with Azerbaijan. She also spoke about the successes gained within the bilateral cooperation.
