HM King congratulates Ugandan president

Manama, Oct. 9 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations and good wishes to Republic of Uganda President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on his country's Independence Day.
