King, Premier exchange cables of thanks

Manama, Oct. 16 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa received a cable of thanks from His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa marking the opening of the National Assembly's third session of the fourth legislative term. HRH the Premier hailed the royal keynote speech at the inaugural session, lauding HM the King’s wise vision in mapping out the blueprint for national work in the coming period to boost the national economy, achieve sustainable development and consolidate national security and stability. HM the King also sent a reply cable of thanks to HRH the Premier, hailing his pivotal role in Bahrain’s development strides He also commended the contribution of the legislative branch of government for its vital cooperation with the executive authority to serve the nation and its people. HM the King prayed to the Almighty to bless HRH the Premier with abundant health and happiness to continue the march of progress and prosperity.
