Bahrain condemns Egyptian Armored Division Commander Assassination

Manama, Oct. 22 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemns the assassination of Brigadier General Adel Ragaei, the Commander of the 9th Armored Division in the Arab Republic of Egypt and presents its heartfelt condolences and consolation to the Family of the martyr. It affirms that the Kingdom stands by the side of the brotherly Republic of Egypt against who he wishes to undermine its security and stability and supports the measures it takes to confront the criminal acts, eradicate terrorism and attain development and prosperity for the brotherly people of Egypt. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates the firm stance of the Kingdom of Bahrain in renunciation of violence of all forms and manifestations and calling for the need to intensify the efforts of the international community to deracinate this dangerous plague which puts world countries’ security and peace at stake.
