CP Kelco Expands Dubai Office To Boost Services

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 25 (Bernama) -- CP Kelco, a global producer of specialty hydrocolloid solutions, has expanded its Dubai office, including a new laboratory for food and beverage applications, to boost services to customers from the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. The expansion of the facility, which was officiated on Oct 11, also includes a sales and technical support team that covers the three regions. In a statement Tuesday, CP Kelco President Don Rubright said the Dubai office has been providing services throughout the Middle East in segments such as food and beverage, consumer goods, as well as industrial since 2013. "Having recognised the growth potential across the region, we have invested in local talent and capabilities to continue developing our business and enhancing our ability to bring new products to the marketplace," he said. On the new laboratory at the Dubai facility, Rubright said it would offer stronger and more efficient technical support from the company. "It will also allow food and beverage manufacturers across the region to accelerate the product development process," he added. Among the services the new facility provides includes, more rapid resolution of issues and/or development of new concepts addressing market needs, as well as trial runs with customers in the laboratory to fast-track new product development. -- BERNAMA
