Court to hear expert's findings on November 15

Manama, Oct. 31 (BNA): A pending case has been referred to the court for pleadings, Advocate General Haroon Al-Zayani said. The suspect is accused of disseminating false rumors in times of war that could harm the military operations carried out by Bahrain armed forces and undermine the nation's determination. A Cyber Crime Directorate's technical expert will be appointed to examine the suspect's account. The court has set November 15 to hear the expert's findings. The Public Prosecution had also accused of publicly insulting a number of countries and a national authority based on Articles 133, 215, 216 of Penal Code. The Public Prosecution has ordered to remand the suspect in custody and to refer him to court. The competent court had deliberated the case in the presence of the defendant and his lawyer.
