Premier thanked by GPIC president

Manama, Nov. 6 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable of thanks from the Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) President, Dr. Abdulrahman Jawahery. Dr. Jawahery extended deepest appreciation and gratitude to HRH Premier for the significant role he is playing in various sustainable development issues for the aim of ensuring the well-being of the Bahraini citizens. He also lauded the Premier's constant support to the industry and commerce sector, as well as efforts to highlight the kingdom's promising investment opportunities. GPIC president also extended sincerest congratulations to HRH Premier on the success of Invest in Bahrain" Forum and Exhibition (Invest in Bahrain 2016), opened by the Prime Minister recently, noting that the event provided an opportunity to shed light on Bahrain's free investment atmosphere and investment-attracting environment. Through his constant follow-up, balanced vision and patronage of such investment-attracting events, the Prime Minister has consolidated the kingdom's status as a preferable investment destination for many businessmen, he said, stressing that HRH Premier's personal attendance of the event has ensured its success. Dr. Jawahery pledged that all GPIC's affiliates will continue rallying behind the leadership and supporting its ambitious economic strategy aimed at bringing about more progress and prosperity to the homeland. He prayed to Allah the Almighty to protect HRH Premier and guide him on the right path.
