King congratulated by Kuwaiti leader

Manama, Nov. 30 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from the Amir of Kuwait Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on being granted the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) Award, on the sidelines of the ceremony which was held in Vienna on the 50th anniversary of its inception. The Kuwaiti leader extended sincerest congratulations to HM the King on the UNIDO honour which, he said, recognizes Bahrain's strenuous development efforts and the success of the Kingdom's model of entrepreneurship and women's economic empowerment. The Amir of Kuwait wished HM the King abundant health and the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.
