BOC attends continental forum

Manama, Dec. 1 (BNA): Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC's international affairs specialist Hasan Jumaa has attended the Second Continental Forum on Olympic Values and Education in Riyadh. The forum, which got underway on October 27, was held in the presence of International, Asian and Arab officials. It was inaugurated by Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Massaed, Executive Director for International Relations at Saudi Olympic Committee. The forum focused on ancient Olympic competitions in addition to reviewing the Greek expertise in this regard. Promoting good social skills and behavior and ways of detecting doping cases and boosting Olympic values education across the world are also among the themes presented at this gathering.
