HRH Princess Sabeeka congratulated by SCYS First Deputy Chairman

Manama. Dec. 1 (BNA): First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Athletics Association Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), on the Bahraini Women's Day which is celebrated on December 1. Shaikh Khalid hailed the distinguished efforts made by Bahraini women in national development, wishing HRH Princess Sabeeka and all Bahraini women a happy return of the occasion. He paid tribute to HM the King for his constant directives to achieve gender equality and grant women their rights and a full opportunity to contribute to national growth. He also praised Bahraini women's capability to assume their responsibility and play their part in the kingdom's development.
