HM King hails Bahraini-Omani relations

Manama, Dec. 5 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa received a letter from HM Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman, dealing with deep-rooted historic fraternal relations and joint cooperation, in addition to issues of mutual interest. HM the King received today at Al-Safriya Palace Omani Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah who delivered the letter. He conveyed to HM the King greetings from HM Sultan Qaboos, wishing Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity. HM the King welcomed Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, extending his greetings to HM Sultan Qaboos, wishing the people of Oman further progress and prosperity. HM the King took pride in strong fraternal relations, hailing steadily-growing ties in all fields thanks to joint coordination and cooperation for the sake of the two countries and peoples' interest. HM the King commended the dedicated efforts led by Sultan Qaboos bin Said to consolidate Bahraini-Omani relations, highlighting his important role in regional and international arenas. He underscored the importance of constant consultation and coordination between both countries to support and bolster fraternal relations, within the framework of the GCC march. Yusuf bin Alawi expressed thanks to HM the King, hailing his pioneering role in strengthening bilateral relations.
