Roof tiles factory to begin production soon
(KPL) Thai business BS Seksan Co., has said its new roof tiles factory in Champassak province, which is 60 per cent completed, would be able to begin production soon.
The Thai investor invests over two billion kip in constructing the factory.
The factory is located at Somphong village, Sanasomboun district, Champassak province. Its construction started in the beginning of November last year.
Director General of BS Seksan Co., Mr. Outhasin Senthavisouk expected that the construction would be complete by the end of February and begin manufacturing in March.
At present, the factory is importing machinery and raw materials for its inaugural production.
Mr. Outhasin added that the tiles produced by his factory would cost about 34,000 kip a metre.
The factory plans to supply its tiles for four southern provinces of Champassak, Saravan, Sekong and Attapeu.
