HM King receives Omani deputy PM

Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received HH Sayyid Fahad bin Mahmoud Al Said the Deputy Prime Minister for Council of Ministers Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman upon his arrival on behalf of HM Sultan Qaboos Bin Said to the Kingdom of Bahrain today heading his country's delegation to participate in the 37th GCC Summit hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain. His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister were also present as well as senior Royals, Shura and Representatives' Council's chairman, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s Secretary General, ministers, the ambassador of Oman to Bahrain, Bahrain embassy's Acting Charge d'Affaires to Oman, governor of the Southern Governorate, BDF, Interior Ministry and National Guard senior officers, and members of Oman's embassy in Bahrain. After a short break at the Royal Protocols Hall at Sakhir Airbase during which His Majesty the King and HH Sayyid Fahad bin Mahmoud Al Said exchanged amicable conversations regarding the existing solid historic fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman and their brotherly peoples; the motorcade of His Highness departed to his place of residence at the Sakhir Palace. The Honour Mission was led by Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
