Muhammadi Muzaffar was speaking to reporters after paying a courtesy call on Minister of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Ahmad Shabery Cheek at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park, Serdang (MAEPS) here Friday.
Tajikistan was also interested to learn about Malaysia's technology to build green houses so that Tajikistan farmers would be able to do the same during the winter season, he said.

He said these would strengthen Tajikistan-Malaysia's bilateral cooperation in agriculture and, as such, had proposed to Ahmad Shabery to reproduce a third fruit using seeds from a fruit in Tajikistan and Malaysia's pessimon.
"The technology developed in Malaysia is unique, and I have eaten a fruit (pessimon) which is similar in colour and texture like in Tajikistan, and I am bringing the seeds to Tajikistan to try to reproduce a new fruit," he said.
