Defence Minister receives US counterpart

Manama, Dec. 9 (BNA): Defence Minister Lt. General Yusef bin Ahmed Al Jalahma received today his US counterpart Ashton Carter and his accompanying delegation on arrival at Bahrain International Airport today to take part in the 12th edition of Manama Dialogue. He welcomed them, lauding deep-rooted relations between the two friendly countries. The meeting was attended by the US Ambassador to Bahrain William Roebuck, Commander of the US Fifth Fleet and the US Naval Forces Central Command Vice Admiral Kevin M. Donegan and the US Military Attache to Bahrain Colonel Stephen Bissonnette.
