Bahrain condemns terrorist bombings in Egypt

Manama, Dec. 11 (BNA): Bahrain has condemned the terrorist bombings and explosions that hit the Coptic cathedral in Cairo that killed and injured scores of people. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed in a statement its sincere condolences and sympathies to the families and relatives of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured as a result of this terrorist act that contravenes all religious doctrines, and ethical and human values. "The ministry reiterates the support of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Arab Republic of Egypt in its effort of combating terrorism and maintaining security and peace on its territories, and preserving the State security and its institutions. It further calls for coordination and cooperation of the international community's efforts in countering terrorism to ensure its elimination under all its forms and manifestation of terrorism," the statement said.
